Temperament: BichonPoos are generally happy, playful and energetic dogs who enjoy going on walks and trips with the family. They are also very bright and resourceful.

Family Dog: The Bichpoo makes a great family dog.

Shedding: BichonPoos are non shedders which make them a good choice for people who suffer from pet dander allergies.

Grooming: BichonPoos need regular brushing to keep their coat tangle free. Regular bathing is needed, but do not bathe too often as it can dry their skin and coat.

Training: The Bichonpoo is a joy to train, they are very intelligent dogs.

Behavior: The BichonPoos can be a very jumpy and energetic dog. With proper training jumping can be a minimal.

Exercise: Bichonpoos make great indoor pets, but do enjoy outdoor activity such as walks and trips to the doggie park. The can have a high energy level and need a good amount of daily exercise.

Companionship: The Bichonpoo can be very attached to their owner.

Life Expectancy: The average life expectancy of the Bichonpoo is 12 to 18 years
