Deposit/Payment Information

When placing a deposit, we ask that you take it seriously, and not just place a hold on a puppy so you can "figure things out", to make sure no one else gets to purchase the puppy before you "figure things out" and then back out before your appointment, those that are doing this are making us turn down possible new homes for these puppies which is unfair to the puppies and to those that were seriously interested in giving the puppy a home. If you do this, the next time you contact us and ask to place a deposit, the deposit will be nonrefundable, if we choose to proceed further with you.

All puppies sold, are sold with sales tax. We will not eliminate this fee for you!

We accept cash or credit card ONLY.

If credit card is used there is a $10 processing fee.

Credit Cards that we accept: Visa, MasterCard & Discover

No checks - No money orders.

No checks is due to bad checks, and no money orders is due to the scams and frauds out there that have occurred, so to play it safe, cash or credit card only! No exceptions! The puppy will not leave, until paid in full with one of the two approved payment methods. Checks and money orders are not accepted for deposits either, as they can "get lost in the mail" and never show up, or if I am waiting for your check or money order to arrive and place the puppy on hold on the website and you never send the check or money order and we have turned down other homes for the puppy. To place a deposit we accept Credit Card only, you can either email or call us to place a deposit.

Deposit Policy

To hold a puppy we require a deposit hold, there are 2 ways to do so which you will read below on Option A and Option B. Without a credit card hold on a puppy the puppy will be available to anyone else who inquires, no deposit, no hold, no exceptions. This is due to us holding puppies for people who swear up and down that they want that puppy, and then they either no show or change their mind before their appointment and we have passed down other homes. You are not required to place a deposit to have an appointment, but there will be NO guarantees that your puppy will still be available for your scheduled appointment if longer than the 24 hour pending period.

You can either:

Option A: Hold the puppy with a $50 deposit via credit card, which is run on your card. If you no show your appointment, no refund will be given. If you show up and do not take a puppy at all you would be given a $45 refund. $45 because the first time I run the deposit on $50 I am charged $5 processing fee, I pay this fee the first time for you. If I have to refund then I am charged again for processing and this time I charge you for it. I run things as I would want if I were going somewhere to purchase a puppy. I, myself, will NOT pay a nonrefundable deposit on a puppy I have never met, so therefore I do NOT expect you to do so either. But if you no show your appointment, I will not refund for the inconvenience it has caused us. If you choose to take a puppy the $50 deposit goes towards the purchase price of the puppy. You can pay the remaining balance with cash or credit card, if credit card is used add an additional $10 for processing fee.

Option B: You can hold a puppy by giving your credit card information, we will hold the puppy without running anything on your card, unless you no show, then $50 would be run on your card for the inconvenience. You then have the option to pay cash or credit card. If credit card there is a $10 processing fee added onto their price.

Each deposit option is a hold for 1 puppy for 1 week only. We have held longer by charging an additional $25 per week extra, which that would be nonrefundable and additional to the cost of the puppy, for going over the 1 week, this was a suggestion from a puppy buyer who wanted to hold the puppy she was very positive she was taking home, but could not make it in 1 week.

Option C: If you do not choose to place a deposit at all, we would contact you the evening before your appointment, and let you know who is available, and confirm everything with you along with directions. At this point we would do the 24 hour pending hold and guarantee your top choice puppy. This option leaves the puppy available for someone to come before your scheduled appointment and purchase the puppy or place the puppy on hold for their appointment, there are no guarantees of availability with this option.

A deposit only holds for the first initial appointment after you have met the puppy, a deposit no longer works, you either then pay in full and take the puppy home with you, (unless you are boarding) If you do not choose a puppy and need time to think about it, a deposit will not hold that puppy until you make up your mind, the puppy will be available for everyone else again.

Each puppy is to be paid in full before he or she is allowed to leave. Which is the purchase price of the puppy and then the sales tax, sales tax price will of course depend on the puppies purchase price.

 

Boarding Policy

There are times when you can not bring your puppy home with you the day you meet/purchase him/her. You have the option to board your puppy with us, until you can bring him or her home, be it you are going on a vacation, need to prepare your home for the new puppy, upcoming family plans, or whatever else.

Boarding prices:

$25 per week

If you are needing to board for just a few days it is $4.00 per day.

To board a puppy, puppy must be paid in full, along with the boarding fee. (Nonrefundable) We will then board your puppy for the amount of time requested. They will be treated and cared for like any other puppy, the only difference will be that, if you have a chosen name we will start using their name in hopes to help them learn their new name for you. They will continue to be feed regularly, given water freely, treats, playtime, and individual love and attention.

 

Appointment Policy

For your appointment you get 2 puppies of your choice to meet.

We ask that you take your appointment seriously with us and be prompt for your appointment. We understand traffic can happen, or weather. But ask you to take that in consideration when planning your leave time. We do schedule other appointments, your appointment may not be the only one we have that day, we do have 2 young children, and we do have a personal life. If you are running late we ask you have the courtesy to call us and let us know that you are running behind.

We schedule appointments every 1/2 hour, from experience, this has been more than sufficient amount of time to view your 2 puppies. Please take this in consideration when planning your visit with us, if you are late and we have another appointment your time will be shortened or if the next appointment is already here for their scheduled appointment, you will have to wait until after they are finished, before you can meet your puppy. It is only fair to the other people who showed up on time for their appointment, to get their 30 minutes alone with us and their new puppy.

 

Grooming Policy

I am a experienced pet groomer. After meeting your puppy you decide he/she is the one for you and would love for him/her to be groomed, meaning a hair cut or trim, we can discuss what you would like to have done, and I can do this for you after your appointment. If this is of something that interest you I would need to know before your appointment so we can plan accordingly. Every puppy gets their toe nails trimmed, bathed, blow dried and sprayed with puppy cologne before each appointment. Sometimes people know without a doubt that they will be purchasing their puppy but would like them groomed before hand, this I need to know at least a day in advanced to have completed for your puppy appointment.

Grooming Prices:

Clean Up Trim: This is just to round things up and clean up the look without taking length off. $15

Styled Cut: A certain cut that you like, either that you picked out of Grooming book or a certain cut/style that you like. $20-$40

Shave Down: This is a very short cut with not much of a style. Often people like this done to get rid of the puppy coat, to get rid of puppy shedding, the adult coat that comes in will be a much thicker prettier coat. Others that have purchased a shedding breed like to keep short to help cut down on the amount of shedding. $20-$30

De-Shedding Treatment: De-Shedding Tools before bath and during bath are used along with de-shedding shampoo. This option we ask that if you want done to let us know before your appointment so when we are giving the general bath we can do this added service of de-shedding. This way the puppy does not get two baths in one day. $5-10

 

Picture Disc

$5

If you would like a disc with all your puppies pictures on it that we have taken, which also include the originals and the cropped/enhanced pictures you now have the option to purchase the disc. Just let us know during your appointment that you would like to get your puppies picture disc for an additional $5 and we will get it made for you. The longer your puppy has been with us the more pictures he or she will have. If they have not been with us for very long there will be fewer pictures.

 

Meet Policy

Depending upon our schedule we do deliver/meet for a fee. When we deliver it is to a public area, not your home. I will not waive the fee, we have to pay for the gas to deliver your puppy, therefore the charge will be put on you. We would much rather you meet the puppy at our home.

Meeting would depend upon our other appointments, those that have appointments to come to our home are top priority.

Cash only payments, no credit cards, as we can not process them away from home.

Delivery fee is paid if you purchase puppy or not.

Only one puppy is brought when meeting, unless you are purchasing two puppies.

 

Scheduling Policy

Below is when we are available for appointments. There are times when the schedule may be different depending upon our work schedules. But below is the typical times we are available.

This is our typical Weekend Schedule, there may be times if we do not have anything else going on that we do late afternoon-evening appointments.
